Cool as Ice! The mo.blaze ice is the special LED surface mounted turn signal from motogadget.

A well-known add-on part was completely rethought, fascinatingly designed and technically sophisticatedly implemented.

The mo.blaze ice appears very neutral and inconspicuous due to the transparent glass body, which is made of a scratch-resistant plastic. The small billet aluminum base is available in black anodized or high gloss polished. The turn signal fits to all styles, paintwork and different motorcycles.

Thanks to motogadget`s TranzLight-Technology® (TLT, patent pending), the transparent body of the turn signal itself becomes the lighting medium. TranzLight-Technology® cleverly uses the total reflection of light waves. This progressive development approach is not limited to simple miniaturization of turn signal housings but shapes the light directly via a crystal-like glass body. Only precise optical CAD calculations and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes make this new design and its function possible.

The light flow required for the TranzLight principle is generated by the intensiLED® process developed by motogadget and consists of three important columns:

  • Specially selected, phosphor-converted high-power LED with highest efficiency and a Total power of 3W with a lifetime of more than 50.000 h
  • A 330kHz clocked, IC controlled constant current source
  • A special collimator optic, which couples the widely scattered light of the LED into the glass body with pinpoint accuracy

An important aspect of the TranzLight technology is the increased safety through the improved visibility of the flashing signal. The light is emitted at an angle of almost 180° and is therefore visible from the front, back and side.

The mounted flasher is mechanically decoupled from the fastening thread by means of a flexible absorber and thus protected from vibration and mechanical effects.

The flasher can be operated like any other common LED flasher with load resistors or all our load independent flasher relays (mo.flash, mo.wave, mo.stop, mo.relay+).

The here presented mounted turn signal mo.blaze ice has an E-mark and is approved as front and rear turn signal.
