mo.blaze cone by motogadget - much more than just a handlebar end blinker.

the mo.blaze cone is the flashing signal lamp of the latest generation, awarded with the renowned iF product design award 2013. a well-known add-on part was completely rethought, designed and technically very sophisticatedly implemented.

With the new TranzLight technology (TLT, patent pending) from motogadget, the transparent body of the blinker itself becomes the lighting medium.

TranzLight-Technology® makes clever use of the total reflection of light waves at interfaces of media with different optical densities. This progressive development approach is not limited to simple miniaturization of turn signal housings but shapes the light directly through a crystal-like glass body.

Only precise optical CAD calculations and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes make this new design and its function possible.The light flow required for the TranzLight principle is generated by the intensiLED® process developed by motogadget and consists of three important components:

- Specially selected, phosphor-converted high-power LED with highest efficiency and a total power of 3W at a lifetime of more than 50.000 h
- A 330kHz clocked, IC controlled constant current source
- A special collimator optic, which precisely couples the widely scattered light of the LED into the plastic body.

An important aspect of the TranzLight technology is the increased safety through the improved visibility of the flashing signal. The light is emitted at an angle of almost 180° and is therefore visible from the front, back and side.

The indicator light can also be omitted - the function of the indicators can be directly checked at any time. A strongly reduced, discreet aluminium housing on the base serves only for the stable attachment of the plastic body and the integration of control electronics and high-end LEDs.

Of course, the housing is made of solid aluminum, black anodized or highly polished and finely inscribed by laser. The mo.blaze cone appears very neutral and unobtrusive due to the transparent plastic body. Thus, it fits to many styles and the most different motorcycles.

The transparent plastic body (PMMA) is extremely impact and scratch resistant.The flasher can be operated like any other common LED flasher with load resistors or all our load independent flasher relays (mo.flash, mo.wave, mo.stop, mo.relay+).

The handlebar end blinker mo.blaze cone presented here has an E-mark and is approved as front blinker.
