This time span has been determined based on years of Helite experience and numerous calculations and tests to provide the optimum pressure to protect the body at the exact moment of impact. The entire system works 100% mechanically, which results in many advantages. The airbag is triggered by means of a rip cord. Due to the intuitive operation and the precisely calculated pulling force, misfires (when dismounting) and failure are impossible.

If a rider owns several vehicles, he can order the ripcords individually in order to use the airbag on all motorbikes without any problems. After a deployment, only the CO2 capsule has to be exchanged to restore the initial state.
